China International Intellectech Corporation (CIIC) is one of
the state-owned backbone enterprises directly under the management
of the Central Government of the People’s Republic of China. CIIC
adapts to develop productivity in the knowledge-based global economy
and the global service industry as it structurally transitions along
its full-outsourcing and offshore trends. CIIC seeks to advance the
structure of China’s services industry and meet the demands of new
economic growth through a convergence of its core competitive
strengths in intellectual services. While regarding HR as its
